03How I work
Curiosity, translated into practice.Start with the people doing the work. Map the process, find the friction, and distinguish the symptom from its cause.
Turn the problem into clear requirements. Work through the constraints and decide where automation helps, and where human judgment belongs.
Connect the tools, test the difficult cases, and make the workflow reliable enough for everyday use.
Write the guide, walk people through it, and check whether it actually saves time or reduces mistakes. Leave a system others can maintain.
My work has taken me from debugging Java with students to coordinating a busy restaurant floor, rebuilding a learning platform’s production workflow, and writing Python that drives a robot.
Across those settings, I’ve learned to ask useful questions, trace the source of a problem, and make the solution understandable to the people who will use it.
Now I’m bringing that mix into technology implementation, solutions and automation. I’m especially interested in work that combines hands-on building with real operational responsibility.
