A digital learning platform needed consistent content and a production process that people could repeat. I built the standards, templates and handoff around the work itself.

01The problem

Repeated production tasks consumed time that could be removed through consistent structure. The solution also needed to be usable by non-technical leadership after the engagement ended.

02My contribution

Standardised naming conventions, file architecture and export specifications.
Created reusable templates as part of a single production system.
Reworked more than 200 assets through that system.
Wrote implementation guides and ran live walkthroughs so leadership could operate and update it independently.

03The result

Repeat-format production went from more than five hours to about ten minutes. The platform gained a consistent production workflow and practical documentation for ongoing use.

04The principle

The handoff is part of the build. A system earns its value when the next person can run it without needing its creator beside them.
